Infusion:

• Let it infuse for 5 minutes with water at a temperature of 80°C.

Sleep cure:

• Take 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water, 30 min to 1 hour before bedtime.
  (+12 years).
• If you are sensitive to zinc, we recommend taking them with dinner.

Lavender hydrosol:

• Internally: consume in hot or cold water by diluting 1 to 2 tablespoons in 1L of water and drink throughout the day or 1 large glass of water in the morning.
• Externally according to your needs: perfume, massage, on the pillow, linen. Intended for all skin types, especially sensitive skin.

Roll-on:

• Apply it as a self-massage to the solar plexus, the inside of the wrists, and the temples to feel a sense of well-being conducive to relaxation.
