My name is Aurélie, a hospital nurse by trade from Lorraine. I have always cared about the well-being of others through my work.

I present to you AURA SEREINE, a project born from a personal journey. Indeed, in the past I had to face regular stress and periods of insomnia and fatigue accumulated by my job and by life events. I then looked for natural solutions on my own, particularly through plants which have many benefits on physical and mental well-being if used correctly. After trying certain plants in infusion, selected cures of vitamins and trace elements, I realized the positive effects on me and on my well-being. I told myself that if it worked for me, I had to share it with as many people as possible.   

This is why I decided to create the Serene Box and the Sleep Box with natural products to offer a true cocoon of serenity every day. This range of products has been carefully selected with the aim of improving your sleep and reducing your daily stress. You will find products such as infusions for relaxation, massage oils, essential oils to perfume your home while enjoying the benefits they bring, mineral and vitamin cures that will bring you better sleep or a reduction in your stress while acting in depth and will bring effects over a longer term. You will discover many other well-being products to come!
