My name is Aurélie, a hospital nurse by trade from Lorraine. I have always cared about the well-being of others through my work.

I present to you SERENE AURA a project born from an observation of my entourage and a personal journey. Indeed, in the past I had to face stress regularly and periods of insomnia and fatigue accumulated by my job and by life events. I then looked for natural solutions on my own, particularly through plants which have many benefits on physical and mental well-being if used correctly. After trying herbal teas, taking vitamin and mineral cures, I realized the positive effects on me and on my well-being afterwards. I told myself that if it worked for me, I had to share it with as many people as possible.
